Return & Refund Policy

1. No Refund for Change of Mind
   Refunds will not be given if you do not like the product. We sell branded products, and customers should check details before placing an order.

2. No Refund for Price Issues
   Refunds will not be provided due to price concerns. Our prices follow brand market rates, and all products are 100% authentic.

3. Return & Exchange Available
   Return or exchange is only available if the product is unused and in original condition.

4. No Refund for Courier Damage
   We do not offer refunds if the product is damaged during delivery. We use strong packaging to minimize risk.

5. Order Cancellation Policy
   You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. If you have already made an advance payment, the order will only be canceled after the product is returned to our warehouse. Payment will be released after we receive the returned product.
